چکیده

Referring to the European and especially German education system, this article first identifies that both forms of governance in educational systems as well pedagogical professionalization have fallen behind. We present new proposals for a substantive evidence-based reinterpretation reshaping what is can be how changed. In order address these shortcomings, we follow suggestions systemic-constructivist pedagogy, highlight concrete strategies starting points an awareness-based system change field development are pointed out. This attempt not only rethink education, but also shape it, based on critical analysis often stagnant internal reforms, concepts routines characterize reforms. hypothesize that, break free from stagnation, continuous self-transforming subjectivity responsible actors necessary. explanatory framework extended figure ”reflexible person” (Arnold, 2019a), whose main characteristic reflexibility, sense being reflexive flexible.
